Welcome to Myanmar Research Community! These terms and conditions of use (the "Terms") apply to your access to and use of the Myanmar Research Community website (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Site.
1.1. Ownership. The Site and all content, including without limitation text, graphics, images, audio, video, software, and other materials ("Content"), are owned or licensed by Myanmar Research Community or its affiliates or third-party licensors. All rights reserved.

Myanmar Research Community grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Site and Content for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms and any other agreement you may have with Myanmar Research Community.
